After holding a 17-10 halftime lead, Iowa State couldn’t hold off the Missouri offense as the Tigers scored 24 second half points and knocked off the Cyclones 34-24.

With the win Missouri (7-4, 3-4) is guaranteed a bowl berth. ISU (6-6, 3-5) is bowl eligible but will have to wait, up to two weeks, before finding out if it will play in a bowl game.

The duo combined to catch 19 passes for 315 yards.

The Cyclones took a seven point lead into intermission by scoring the final 10 points of the first half. Kicker Grant Mahoney hit a 34-yard field goal in the second quarter and wide receiver Darius Darks had a 36-yard touchdown reception with 25 seconds left in the opening half.

Running back Alexander Robinson threw a 10-yard touchdown pass to Jake Williams in the first quarter while offensive tackle Scott Haughton scored a touchdown on a 12-yard lateral in the third quarter.
